It is hot today
So hot my bones are sweating
Yes, I feel my bones

Am grateful for sun
But hate the sun all the same
Will try to love it

The bright flowers wilt
My spirit seems to wilt too
It is all ego

Go beyond feeling
Access the stillness, it's there
The stillness is true
